Ergonomic Resources, Inc. designs, specifies, supplies, and installs ergonomic furniture, technical work stations, packaging work stations, and laboratory furniture. Since all of us are different sizes and weights, everything that supports us in our tasks should be adjustable. A chair should have adjustable seat height, back height, arm height, seat depth, and tilt tension controlling the backward as well as forward tilt. The computer monitor should adjust in height, tilt, as well as distance from your eyes. The keyboard and mouse should adjust to minimizing our reach range. The work surface height should adjust and a sturdy foot rest allows us to place some of our body weight on our feet.
