Frank Smith founded Franklin Video in 1985. Frank had produced and directed commercials and promotions for the Dusenbury and Alban agency and the local ABC affiliate. As a Producer, Frank recognized a need for a local resource that combined broadcast quality production standards with a high level of personal attention to each client.
