Hollingsworth Avent & Averre, PA was founded in the 1950's by Leon Hollingsworth and has practiced accounting in the Wake County area in one form or another ever since. Roy Avent joined Mr. Hollingsworth in 1971 and became a partner in 1978. In similar fashion, Chuck Averre came to work with Roy and Leon in 1987 and became a partner in 1992. Hollingsworth Avent & Averre, PA currently employs a staff of four and primarily serves the business, financial and tax needs of local nonpublic businesses and their owners. The partners are all members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of CPAs.
