This rude woman called me about a hospital bill she said that I owed. The day after she called, I received a letter from the hospital. Looks like a bill but it showed I owed ZERO because my insurance handled it all. She left a message today while I was gone. I tried to call her back but got her voicemail. I decided to look it up to see who it was that left the message. It was this company. I'm glad I looked it up. First off, I don't pay anyone unless the place I owe tells me to expect it. I just had no idea that people could get away with this! I called her and left a message letting her know that I knew exactly who she was ( A FRAUD ) and told her not to contact me again. She did, today and left a message while I was gone. The authorities are on to them so they're getting exactly what they deserve in the long run.

A Mr. Johnson called me from this agency, did not tell me who he was and started in about a $160.00 debt which i have previously paid money on. I started asking him questions as he inquired about my income and he got a major attitude with me told me if i wouldn't take care of my debt he would and hung up on me. I called back because i intended to take care of the situation and apparently i called him buddy and he stated i am not you buddy and if you wont handle your debt i will, and hung up on me again, never giving me a chance to make payment arrangements. He was very rude, unprofessional and gave me no opportunity to make arrangements to pay this debt. I would not want him collecting money for me, you wouldn't get much. He just hangs up on people.
