On November 1, 1981, President and CEO Keith Allison breathed life into what is now the Southeast’s largest dealer of office automation equipment. Mr. Allison took a modest 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home nestled in Fayetteville’s Haymount district and renovated it into a 20,000 sq. ft. office building that currently serves as the crux of Systel’s corporate operations. Systel started with only a small handful of original employees housed in one office and has grown to nearly 200 employees in 8 locations spread out across the state of North Carolina.
