As the largest Property Maintenance company based in the Carolinas, we are fortunate to service over 200 retail properties, including some of the states' largest shopping malls, finest and largest power-strip centers, standalone big box stores, as well as several hospitals and municipalities. Our goal is to make life easy on the property manager, offering synergetic maintenance solutions. Our standard contract includes landscape maintenance and parking lot sweeping, but in short, if it needs to happen on the outside of a retail property, The Wright Group can make it happen. Our multiple-market, multiple-task approach has worked well for us and our property manager clients and we would very much like to put this to work for you. For a number of clients, we handle most or all of their Carolina properties.
